By accessing this website or engaging FUZE Communications International Ltd. for professional services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or commission work from us.
1. About FUZE
FUZE is the trading name of FUZE Communications International Ltd., a marketing communications agency registered and operating in Egypt. Our studio is located at 24A El-Iskander El-Akbar St., El Korba, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
2. Use of this website
This website is provided as a portfolio and informational resource. You may browse it for personal and business research purposes. You may not:
- Copy or republish substantial portions of its content without permission
- Use it for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities in any non-public area
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting any form
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, photography, logos, case-study materials and design — is owned by FUZE or appears with the consent of the rights holders. The FUZE name and logo are protected marks. Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective clients; FUZE displays it with their permission.
4. Engagements and proposals
Any work undertaken by FUZE for a client is governed by a separate engagement letter, statement of work or services agreement. Those documents — and not this website — define the commercial terms of any engagement, including:
- Scope, deliverables and timeline
- Fees, payment terms and out-of-pocket expenses
- Ownership and licensing of work product
- Confidentiality, data handling and warranties
- Termination and dispute resolution
Until a signed engagement is in place, written or verbal communications — including proposals, estimates and discovery conversations — are not binding on either party.
5. Ownership of work product
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final deliverables — once paid for in full — transfer to the client. FUZE retains the right to feature the work in our own portfolio and credentials materials unless the client has requested confidentiality up front.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information with discretion and apply mutual non-disclosure where agreed. Some engagements are subject to a stricter NDA that supersedes this section.
7. Disclaimers
Information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information only. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any statement on this site, and disclaim liability for any reliance placed on it outside the context of a formal engagement.
Marketing, advertising and creative work involve creative judgement; we commit to deliverables and a quality standard but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes unless a particular outcome is expressly warranted in a signed engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, FUZE's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website or any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to FUZE in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
9. Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of third-party services (e.g. the FormSubmit form relay used by the contact form, Unsplash imagery served from images.unsplash.com). Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
10. Governing law
These terms and any engagement with FUZE are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them, unless the engagement letter specifies otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date in the sidebar reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
